MAD Colour were tasked with designing and fitting out the newest Reeds Rains branch on South Belfast’s buzzing Ormeau Road. Â
Reeds Rains estate agents first arrived in Northern Ireland in January 2010 after the acquisition of the Halifax estate agency network. Since then the Reeds Rains brand have established itself as one of the major estate agency networks in Northern Ireland.
Like any new home there has been great care and consideration given to getting it just right with bespoke wallpaper, feature logos, custom counters, and most important of all a big screen!
Kerb appeal was another important factor for potential Reeds Rains buyers and MAD didn’t disappoint with a shopfront sign, light pockets, window graphics and a 49 inch high brightness display.
Their premium Pavement stand continues the look onto the pavement and zoom flags create a little motion to attract the passer by. And for the opening we printed custom balloons adorned with the Reeds Rains logo.
I’m sure you’ll agree the new location looks superb as it impressed senior management at Reeds Rains so much that MAD Colour have been contracted to update other existing offices with the same look and feel!
